Ms. Hajira Fathima is an exceptional leader whose journey embodies dedication and passion. Having experienced a multicultural education across diverse curricula—including pre-primary schooling under the ICSE British Curriculum in Hong Kong, CBSE education in the Gulf, and completing higher secondary under the Tamil Nadu State Board—she brings a global perspective to education.
Her professional background includes over a decade of expertise as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard, a role she excelled in before rediscovering her passion for early childhood education. In 2016, she founded Kangaroo Kids Preschool’s Iyyapanthangal branch, pursuing her calling with the completion of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). Since then, she has served as the Director of the preschool, nurturing young minds and laying a strong foundation for their future success. Ms. Hajira’s unwavering dedication to early education continues to inspire those around her.
